Eresto is made by Restrosoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd., based in Ahmedabad. We've spent five years working alongside restaurant owners across India — listening, learning, and shipping software that solves real problems.
The story
In 2021, our founder spent six months sitting at restaurant counters across Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka — watching billing systems crash mid-rush, captains write KOTs on paper, and owners spend Sundays trying to reconcile cash sales with the GST portal.
The market had plenty of software. None of it was built for what Indian restaurants actually face every day: power cuts during peak hours, unreliable internet, multi-lingual staff, GST that nobody fully understands, and aggregator orders flying in from four platforms at once.
We started Eresto to build the system we wished we'd seen on those visits. Five products. Each focused on one thing. All of them designed for the messy, unreliable, beautiful reality of running a restaurant in India.
What we believe
1. Software should work when the lights go out.
Indian infrastructure is unreliable, and that's a fact. Our products — especially Eresto Edge — are designed to keep running through power cuts, network drops, and ISP outages. Resilience is not a premium feature.
2. Pricing should be a sentence, not a spreadsheet.
You shouldn't need a calculator and three sales calls to understand what you'll pay. We publish all our prices on our website. No "talk to sales" for basic plans, no commission games.
3. Restaurants run on relationships.
Software is a tool. The people using it matter more. We've kept our support team small but fast — most tickets get a human reply within 15 minutes, in the language you prefer.
4. Focus beats feature lists.
We could build a thousand features. We won't. Each Eresto product does one thing well — digiMenu is a menu, OMS is the order brain, Edge is an offline POS. No feature creep, no kitchen-sink dashboards.

Our HQ is in Bopal, Ahmedabad — the same neighborhood as some of our earliest customer restaurants. We're a 38-person team across engineering, design, customer success, and field support, with field staff in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
