Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for any plan. Onboarding (menu upload, staff training, printer config) is included. Hardware (printers, Edge terminals) is priced separately.
Do you charge per bill or per transaction?
No. Flat monthly pricing only. Unlimited bills, unlimited orders. No hidden per-transaction fees.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We pro-rate the difference. No long-term lock-in.
What if I have 5+ outlets?
Talk to sales for custom volume pricing. Typical discounts are 15–35% off list, plus dedicated account management and SLA.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. Full feature access. We help you set up so you can decide based on real usage.
Does pricing include GST?
No. All prices listed are exclusive of GST. Indian customers pay 18% GST on top, which is fully claimable as input credit if you're GST-registered.
