What is Eresto OMS?
Eresto OMS (Order Management System) is the cloud-based core platform for restaurants. It includes Restaurant POS, QR Digital Menu, Online Ordering, KOT, KDS, billing, payment, and reports — accessed via one.eresto.in on any device.
Is KDS a separate product?
No. KDS (Kitchen Display System) is a feature inside OMS. When you sign up for OMS, you get KDS, KOT printing, the live order dashboard, and everything else included.
Can OMS handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery together?
Yes. OMS treats all three as channels under one order pipeline. Same KOTs, same KDS, same billing — just tagged by channel for reporting.
Does OMS work on mobile phones?
Yes. Captains, managers, and owners can run OMS from a phone via one.eresto.in. The interface adapts to any screen size.
How does the maker-checker (Customer Accept/Reject) flow work?
When a customer places an order through digiMenu, it arrives in OMS as "Pending." A staff member reviews and accepts (or rejects) before KOT prints. Prevents false or duplicate orders.
Does OMS handle GST and tax compliance?
Yes. OMS supports CGST/SGST/IGST, configurable rates per item or category, composition scheme, and HSN code assignment. All invoices are GST-compliant out of the box.
How many users can access OMS at the same time?
Unlimited concurrent users on any plan. Captains, kitchen, billing, managers, owners — every role gets its own login with granular permissions.
